Alt & Neu Records

A very good record shop that appears in Before sunrise. I'm not exactly a fan of the movie so I'm gonna judge this as a record store. The shop is very well organized with sorted artist names and genres which make it easy to find the record you're looking for. They have turntables with headphones AKG K240 plug in ready for you to listen to the vinyl, staff is very helpful as well. Everything was great as a record store except it was overcrowded by Chinese TikTokER and the fan of the movie. Tbh I went there on Christmas holiday so maybe it's the reason but still not a perfect environment for me to shop.

The staff working here is so kind! My compliments to a young guy that did his best to gave me a great experience despite the amount of people in the shop. Also they give a free vinyl if you buy a bag, thank you! :)

amazing selection of second hand and new records, kind staff and very nice atmosphere. loved my visit there as an before sunrise fan. also bought a tote bag which i have received a free vinyl with💿

Had a fabulous experience at this wonderful store. I went for the movie, left with a great selection of records and CDs (plus the famous tote!) a must see when you come to Vienna. Huge thanks to the kind gentleman that let me and my mum have a listen on the turntable.

Visited today, very cool! Family run store, I had a nice chat with them, I bought two French hip hop records and they gifted a Mozart record for my one year old baby patiently waiting :) The kind of experience we should have in every store, but is unfortunately too rare. Will definitely recommend, and visit again next time I’m in Vienna! Thanks again
