The interior design is superb. We are amazed by the beauty of the cafe. The desserts are nice and delicious. Highly recommended. We make reservation in advance and there is no waiting time. The waiter is friendly, helping us to take group photo. We are happy to give tip when make payment.

A bit pricey but , 100/100 worth it. I was expecting it to be a pretty cafe, with long lines but honestly we had a great experience. We came to the cafe early, there was a slight queue but we were seated after about 5 minutes. Pro tip was to reserve beforehand but we couldn't be bothered and just decided to walk in which also worked if you came before lunch time. Server was very welcoming and attentive! Food was to be honest nothing special, but the eis koffee and chocolate was really good! I had lower expectations but this placed proved me wrong. The my camera and skills didnt do justice at all at how beautifully the place was decorated. It was simply an amazing experience! Worth your while for sure.

After admiring the world-class masterpieces at the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, enjoying coffee and desserts at the exquisitely decorated Café im Kunsthistorischen Museum Wien was truly a delightful experience. The café is so beautiful that we waited in line for more than half an hour for a table, but it was absolutely worth it. We spent over an hour taking photos and still didn't want to leave.

We had an unforgettable break in a magnificent atmosphere. The historic and majestic architecture makes you feel as if you're in Vienna's elegant past. The café's ambiance is both stylish and peaceful; the kind where you'll want to sit for a long time and enjoy the atmosphere. The dessert we tried was truly delicious. Its light texture, balanced flavor, and meticulous presentation far exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Mr. Şen, in particular, was extremely kind, professional, and hospitable. Such employees make a place not only beautiful but also unforgettable.

I visited this café during my museum visit and overall it was a mixed experience. The setting under the grand dome inside the Kunsthistorisches Museum is truly stunning and makes for a memorable coffee break — it feels like having a drink in a work of art itself. The coffees and cakes were decent, but honestly nothing outstanding for the price, which felt quite high compared to other Viennese cafés. The service was a bit hit-and-miss: at times attentive, but other moments slow and somewhat indifferent. A short wait for a table was also expected since it gets busy. If you’re mainly coming for the amazing architecture and a quick coffee or dessert in an unforgettable space, it’s worth a stop. But if you’re looking for excellent food or exceptional service, it falls a little short of expectations
