Cantina Friulana

Located in the cool citycenter a solid Italian Restaurant with a short but interesting seasonal menu. The service is non intrusive- you can call it slow. The atmosphere is decent.

The beautiful little Italian restaurant in Vienna was a great find. Amazing food. Service and Price. Wine selection was excellent. Recommend highly.

we enjoyed our meal very much we sat outside on the undercover area we had an artichoke salad to begin that was just good the pasta with mushrooms was outstanding and the salad with goat cheese was delicious the waiters were both very helpful professional and nice and really helped us with the menu since the menu was not in English

A wonderful little hidden gem close to our hotel, the Levante. We had arrived at the hotel around noon and we were starving from our long trip from the United States. So we just wanted food quick. Luckily this place was open and even luckier that it was delicious! We had the pork schnitzel and it was so crispy and buttery. Oh my gosh I inhaled the dish. We also had some house white wine with ice and I gotta tell you, this Austrian way of drinking white wine was incredible. One ice cube and it really changes the texture of the wine. And usually when we get house wine in the States, it is typically bad. But this house wine was superb! Sigh, I wish the US had quality little cafes such as this.

It was really very tasty !!! … even the desert which was so good that I haven’t had time to take pictures … next time … :)
