Charming vintage shop with a very nice variety of stock. Friendly staff always helpful with finding something for your lady. A satisfying quick stop shop to get a last minute present.

The saleswoman, Nedra, is very nice, but the owner is quite the opposite. I had some items there on consignment, and they "lost" a clutch bag. I had proof that I didn't get it, but the owner wouldn't give it back or pay me. In the end, she gave me €30 instead of €50 and insulted me for only bringing "bulk" into her store, even though they sold eight of them!!! I will definitely never go back to that store. A few meters away is Bocca Lupo. All the ladies who work there, as well as the owner, are very nice and professional; you're in much better hands there!

Last Saturday, my friend and I went to the Charlotte Roche Vintage Archive sale to buy an outfit for my 30th birthday. Unfortunately, the two sales assistants there were not very friendly or helpful. We were barely acknowledged, if at all. When two of their friends arrived, they greeted them warmly with "You've arrived just in time" and opened a bottle of Crémant. We weren't offered any, even though we had been in the shop for a long time and were actual customers—not just friends. We felt pointedly unwelcome. Because of this lack of customer service, I unfortunately cannot give a positive review. It's a shame.

A charming little vintage shop in Vienna's city center with lovingly selected pieces from Isabel Marant to Marni. The owner personally advised us (over a glass of sparkling wine). My find: Cool leopard-print ankle boots by Louboutin – completely out of character for me, but I'm super happy with them.

It's on my regular shopping route. I really like the shop, and I can browse undisturbed to see if I find something that suits me. I also find the saleswoman nice and she gives honest advice; she's even talked me out of something before (thankfully). You don't find that everywhere.
