Das Weisse Haus

From the outside I expected to find some art but once you enter you just find a miserable display of third grade art.

I had low expectations, but even those weren't met. In my opinion, the "art" is simply hypersexual and attempts to force a cultural value through a "shock factor" (which is where it fails, I think). The exhibition is in one room, and the staff doesn't speak German (but at least their English is good enough). This probably won't apply to most people, but I strongly advise parents against visiting the exhibitions with their children (sexual themes are presented very "openly"). The staff member was also constantly on her phone with headphones on. When I came in, I was just stared at in a detached manner, and my attempts to talk about the exhibition failed (presumably due to the language barrier). All in all, in my opinion, it's not worth seeing at all. Perhaps it would be something very cool for connoisseurs of modern and avant-garde art, but for me, it was simply... disturbing?

The magnificent architecture made the trip worthwhile.

Even though it was probably meant as a metonymy: the house isn't white at all. That alone wouldn't have bothered me too much, but finding no watermelon jam on site was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the day was a great success in every respect, and therefore I gladly award five stars.

I thought Donald Trump lived here. So I wanted to visit him, went inside, and asked for the president. They said he wasn't there, so they sent me to another house, also white, but located on Heroes' Square. I went inside, and an older gentleman greeted me, claiming to be the president. He didn't look like Trump; he was smoking. But I still had a nice day with this gentleman.
