Gasthaus Rebhuhn

We visited this restaurant during our previous trip to Vienna about a year and a half ago and loved it back then. This time, we crossed half of the city just to have dinner here again — and our expectations were fully met. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Despite the fact that everything was fully booked when we arrived, they still managed to help us arrange a table. We truly appreciate their effort and hospitality.

Very Austrian style restaurant with delicious Viennese schnitzel, traditional atmosphere and attentive staff. We tried organic veal schnitzel and salad and everything was really tasty. Portions are very big. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for traditional Austrian cuisine.

A typical Vienese restaurant. A small but solid menu. The service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is like in the 1970s.,

I didn’t have a reservation and was alone, but they kindly offered me a seat at the counter. The staff was welcoming, and the service was excellent. The food is truly delicious. The atmosphere is warm. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it!

Good food with generous portions and reasonable price. Both fried pork and veal taste good. It’s a cozy restaurant with very nice staffs and excellent service. Worth trying if you come visiting this beautiful city.
