Overall, the hotel is not bad. One clear advantage is the free parking, which was very convenient and appreciated. The hotel itself feels pleasant and well maintained. Breakfast was good and tasty, with no major complaints. The rooms are simple and rather small, but clean. The bed was comfortable, with good pillows and a good mattress, so sleeping was fine. The interior of the room is quite basic, without any special details. The windows were dirty, with visible marks from birds. The view was facing a park, which was quite nice. The price-to-quality ratio is difficult to evaluate, especially considering that Vienna is an expensive city. However, when compared to other European countries and cities we have stayed in during our travels (the Baltics, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy), the value for money does not stand out. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but it did not leave a particularly strong or memorable impression.
The room is nice and modern. The sink is little bit too small for my taste. The location is great it is close to almost every tourist attraction, and it is very close to the main train station. The breakfast had some great tasting items like hummus but we found some items lacking like (pancakes/waffles/crêpes). The layout of the food, glasses and plates was little bit confusing.
We had a nice 1 night stay in room '777' (the airstream caravan at the front of the hotel).The hotel reception/bar/restaurant is a buzzing place. Quick friendly checkin (make sure you get the car park access card from reception before driving the 50 metres to the car park) and we headed to the caravan.... everything was great, considering it was -5 at night outside it was still very comfortable. The bath/shower pressure is a bit low but the water was hot. Overall I would recommend room 777 if you want a memorable stay :-)
A perfect hotel! Very aesthetic, clean, next to Belvedere Palace. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Public transportation is across the street. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was amazing. Special thanks to Peter who works at the Daniel bakery !
I have choosen hotel Daniel because of the unusual room knowing that my wife will be satisfied and I was wright! I was not very happy at first moment but after some time I realize that this concept has made myself more relaxed. Restaurant "Bakery", on the other hand, was my love "at the first sight". Free garage is also a great advantage of the hotel. Finally, young man and women on the reception desk were very pleasant and ready to answer to all my questions!
