Hotel Indigo Vienna – Naschmarkt

Spent a long weekend in this great hotel. First, hotel is located right next to the U Bahn station (Pilgramgasse) and with the U4 train you are just two stops away from the center e.g., the opera, so very convenient. Bought a 72 hours ticket for public transportation so we could come quickly around the city. Hotel is relatively new and is basically located in a backyard, so no noise from traffic. If you go in the summer it seems like they have a nice garden and an outside sitting area. Very friendly staff with very easy check in and out procedures. Nice and fancy hotel bar which served cocktails, drinks, cake and coffee. Restaurant in the cellar served decent breakfast. We had a room in the ground floor and it was nice and clean. We liked that cleaning of room was only upon our own request! Finally there are plenty of bars, coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance so that was also nice. Should we return to Vienna we would absolutely return to Hotel Indigo.

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and from the very first moments there is a sense of order and calm. Everything is well organized and efficient — check-in, service, and housekeeping are all at a consistently high level. We would also like to highlight the overall atmosphere: the staff are polite and attentive, without any formal or indifferent attitude. It truly feels like the team cares about their guests rather than simply following procedures. Overall, the hotel creates a strong sense of comfort and reliability — exactly what matters when traveling. We would be happy to stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel. I would like to give special thanks to Darina from the reception desk — a rare example of true professionalism. Darina is very attentive, calm, and well-organized. All questions were handled quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary words, yet with genuine care. Her experience, confidence, and excellent people skills are clearly noticeable — professional in the best sense of the word. Employees like Darina shape the overall impression of the hotel. Thanks to her, our interaction with the hotel was extremely smooth and comfortable from the very beginning.

Lovely boutique hotel well located next to U4 station. Beautifully decorated hotel and rooms, bed was comfey, shower works well with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast options absolutely top! Rooms are quiet and face inner court garden.

Booked for a 4 night city break and had a lovely time in Vienna, made better by staying at the Hotel Indigo. Staff were very friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was good value for money, restaurant isn't open on an evening but the bar menu and cheese board were very nice, good selection of wine.

Nice modern property with all the amenities one would expect from a new hotel. Service was professional and hospitable. I would definitely stay again. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to the downtown core. There are local restaurants nearby.
