Hotel Wilhelmshof

We enjoyed our two night stay. The location is very convenient to transit. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, and the cookies in the lobby in the evenings for advent. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully appointed with easy storage, ledge in bathroom for toiletries, reading lights and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again.

Very polite, well mannered and soft spoken staff. Rooms were clean and we were well looked after. Right from check-in to checkout, the process was a breeze. The staff can speak English fluently and were helpful with everything imcluding suggestions. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Located quite central in Vienna and close to most of the Christmas markets. Will definitely be going back to this place again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Wilhelmshof. The location is excellent - close to public transport and easy to reach from the city center. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was very good, with good-quality products. The only small downside for me was the pillow, which I personally did not find very comfortable. Other than that, everything was well organized and met expectations. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Vienna, and I would happily consider it again.

Nice , clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Prater. You can reach the hotel easily by metro. We also appreciate that our room big enough with good comfort. In addition to that the hotel is in quiet place so you will have a good sleep there. Thank you and hope we come back again.

An absolutely exceptional hotel experience! ​The service from the entire staff was impeccable—attentive, kind, and professional. The unique, art-inspired room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Excellent location near Praterstern, yet wonderfully quiet. ​Highest recommendation for anyone visiting Vienna!
