What a FABULOUS first meal in Vienna (woooooooo)!!! I ordered the Tokyo ramen and added chili powder to make it spicy. The second I saw it, I had a good feeling it’d be delicious. The broth was perfectly hot and the taste immediately relieved me of my worries (I had horrible ramen recently in Madrid). This was a shoyu ramen and although more thin and less creamy of a broth than I’m used to, it was divine. The noodles did slightly resemble spaghetti but the taste made up for it. The meat genuinely melted in my mouth, which was my favorite part, followed the soft-boiled egg of course. It’s a big bowl of food so you need to be hungry. I hadn’t eaten in 8 hours so I devoured the entire thing. I sat alone and the vibe was very cozy and warm. It was €16 so a little more on the expensive side, but I don’t regret it. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna! It’s not right in the city but it’s worth a tram.
