Kleinod am Ring

The bar itself is very beautiful the design is tasteful and looks very chic. However, the atmosphere felt a bit strange and somewhat overly pretentious The service was mixed. The male waiters were not very friendly, while the female waiter was much more pleasant and attentive I made a reservation for a birthday celebration, but we were asked to leave at 22:00 because the table had another reservation afterwards. If I had known this in advance, I would have tried to book two time slots, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible in the reservation system. The reservation process itself was quite complicated. After making the reservation, I received an offer for a different time that didn’t work for me. When I declined it, my reservation was automatically cancelled and I had to contact them to fix it. They responded quickly, which I appreciate, but the extra communication felt unnecessary since they simply offered me a smaller table at the same time. In the end I had to make a new reservation again through the system. Honestly, this was one of the most complicated reservation processes I’ve experienced. As for the cocktails, they were fine but nothing particularly amazing or memorable. Just normal I would recommend visiting the other Kleinod locations instead my experiences there were much better

An interesting bar that attracts a large number of people. Fortunately, there are no teenagers here, the group of people who come out here are serious and older. There is a wait at the entrance to get in (but no more than five minutes). The music is great! Bartenders are hardworking and do well when it's busy. The atmosphere is great and the energy is positive. The interior is modern and interesting, nice for the eyes and for photography. Cocktail prices are standard and the bartenders will know how to make anything for you. This place is a great choice for an evening out.

We visited Kleinod am Ring yesterday just me and two of my girlfriends and we had an amazing evening! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning atmosphere. The interior is beautifully designed, elegant yet cozy, and the whole place has such a great vibe. The service was excellent the waiters were super attentive, friendly, and made sure we always had everything we needed. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, perfectly mixed, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that they care about quality and detail here. A special shout-out to the two security guys at the entrance, both of them were so professional, kind, and welcoming. They made us feel safe and comfortable right from the start, which really added to the overall great experience. All in all, Kleinod am Ring is one of the best bars in Vienna — amazing drinks, top service, a beautiful ambiance, and great staff all around. We’ll definitely be back soon! 🍸✨
