MAST Weinbistro

Really enjoyed this place. The food is delicious, with a strong focus on seasonal, local ingredients, and every dish we tried was excellent. The ambience inside is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. A standout is their wine selection — a wide range of well-curated wines by the glass, which is perfect if you enjoy exploring different styles. Highly recommend. It gets quite busy, so booking in advance is a good idea.

I highly recommend this place to everyone who loves wine, food, great atmosphere and wonderful people. The service is more than excellent, the wine list amazing and food is great - simple but made with great care. If I ever come back to Wien I will definitely visit MAST again ❤️

The wine was good but the food was disappointing. Order à la carte rather than the chefs choice because it is actually cheaper that way. If I were to revisit, it would just be for wine and maybe a light plate (I would skip a full meal here). The starters in particular were very weak. Atmosphere is also very “bistro” like… could do a lot better.

This was our first visit to MAST Weinbistro, and we chose the six-course chef’s choice menu. From the very beginning, the interior, atmosphere, and even the temperature of the room felt perfectly balanced, setting the stage for an amazing culinary journey. Each dish tells a story through its ingredients. You can truly taste the seasonality and freshness, which makes every course feel special and thoughtfully composed. The wine list is impressive and well curated. The service is polite, warm, and attentive to detail, yet never intrusive. You feel completely relaxed and free to enjoy the dinner at your own pace. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The food is absolutely delicious and such good quality. Staff are friendly. We went for the tasting menu and the portion sizes were huge! Will be coming back next time I am in Vienna.
