I had a fabulous shopping time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think I can easily stay here for hours and hours as all the hats look absolutely amazing! I purchased two lovely and unique hats. A lot of people have asked me where I got them from. I can’t wait to travel overseas with them.
If you have even the faintest interest in hats, you owe yourself a visit to Mühlbauer. It's a real treat. They have an incredible selection that pairs tradition with innovation. Service is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hat I wanted wasn't in store in the shop at the Seilergasse (what madman wants to buy a felt hat in the middle of a heatwave anyway?) so they arranged for me to pick it up in their second lovely store in the Neubaugasse. I'm already looking forward to the cold weather.
Lovely staff helped me pick out a few hats for myself and my wife - even though she was on the other side of the globe. So helpful and patient, and the products are famous for a reason. Such great craftsmanship. Thank you ladies!
