After reading the local reviews for O-der Klub, I was genuinely concerned about where I was taking my wife. We drove from Brno for Fatboy Slim, and based on the online feedback, I was expecting to enter a post-apocalyptic bunker staffed by angry trolls. I had prepared my "I'm very disappointed" face. How wrong I was. Nothing could be further from the truth. It seems we accidentally stumbled into a parallel universe where clubbing is actually pleasant. Security: The security staff at the entrance were alarmingly professional. Polite, efficient, and didn't treat us like we were inconveniencing them by existing. Highly suspicious. Staff: The bartenders were friendly. And helpful. During a sold-out show. This is a statistical anomaly. The Venue: Despite being "sold out," the club clearly understands the concept of "capacity." One could actually move. We even detected the presence of oxygen; the air was entirely breathable. Queues: This was the most confusing part. There were no queues. Anywhere. Not for the bar, not for the WCs. As 'advanced' clubbers, we found this lack of struggle deeply unsettling, but we adapted quickly. The Vibe: The crowd was lovely. People were... nice. The atmosphere was superb. The Sound: Crystal clear. The volume was "just right"—loud enough to feel, but not so loud that our ears bled. A novel concept. My only complaint? The one tiny asterisk on this perfect evening? The beer. When one orders a beer in a super club, in the center of Vienna, for approximately 10 EUR, one has certain... expectations. Receiving an American Bud Light under these circumstances is not just disappointing; it borders on a culinary scandal. For heaven's sake, why are you not selling Austrian beer? You have so many good ones. A truly bizarre choice. But other than that one watery, overpriced tragedy, everything was super! We're giving it 6 out of 5 stars. A super event, we enjoyed it immensely, and we will definitely be back (we'll just order spirits). Greetings from the 'older and advanced' clubbers from Brno.

Overall, the place is fine, but there’s nothing special to recommend. It’s important to note that you need €2 and card payment only to leave your coat. The place is not bad, but also not particularly good or unique. It’s a nice spot, located in the city center and easy to reach. However, as a tourist, I didn’t really feel any uniqueness or special experience there. All in all, it’s a decent place, but nothing more than that.

I would never recommend going to Oder club or attending their MAMMAMIA events. We bought 3 tickets for a total of €104. At the entrance, security did not let us in, saying that they are not required to give us any reason for refusing entry. They were so arogant and has disgusting behavior against us. They gave us a slip of paper with an email address where we were supposed to request a refund. We sent the email but never received any reply. I’ve never saw behavior like this. I don’t know who do you think you are. You are responsible for party which are in your club and you just stealing people’s money. After contacting the club and the event organizers multiple times via Instagram, we finally received a response: the club distanced itself from the event, and the party organizers sent us a refund link and then blocked us after we replied. So I cannot asking again for refund for my money. That’s illegal what you do. Therefore, never — and I truly mean never — buy tickets for this party or go to this club. They are thieves who will only take your money.

Little overcrowded, but good vibe. Not good sound. Echo is killing the music. Fatboy Slim event.

If you want an authentic Viennese experience of racial discrimination, then O Club is definitely worth a visit. We had reserved tickets in advance for the New Year's party, paid online, and did everything "by the book." None of that mattered. Despite having valid tickets, we were denied entry at the door without any explanation. Trying to reach the management was pointless-online reservations and confirmations mean absolutely nothing here. What did seem to matter was skin color. It was made very clear, through behavior and selective entry, that if you are not white, your chances of getting in are slim, regardless of tickets or reservations. The experience telt openly discriminatory and humiliating. So if you're curious about experiencing real, unapologetic racism in a nightlife setting where management is unreachable and paid tickets don't guarantee entry O Club delivers exactly that. Otherwise, I'd strongly recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.
