The food was very good and clearly Michelin level, with the value feeling excellent. Even before the tasting menu began, there were several mini appetizers, all well executed. The dishes were beautifully presented and thoughtfully done. Service was warm overall, though a few details stood out. The hot towel I was given at the start remained at my place until the end of the meal, and utensils weren’t swapped between courses. These are details you’d expect at any high end restaurant, let alone a Michelin star establishment. I was seated at the bar, so this may be part of the more casual Michelin vibe, but it was noticeable. The experience is very unhurried expect to be there four plus hours. Dining solo, it felt a bit long, though it was clear they weren’t rushing guests. I would recommend it for the food, would love to return with a group, and would opt for the wine pairing to truly get the most out of the experience.
