Pronto Volante

Perfect food partner for our big AI event (200+ participants)! Pronto Volante managed to bring 100 pizzas in 3 batches perfectly on time and of course still warm thanks to their special delivery vehicle and containers. All guests were impressed by how tasty the pizzas were! Context: We recently organized a major AI event in Vienna that had over 400 registrations. We decided to let Pronto Volante handle the catering for the event as their pizzas were always great for me as a private customer. After a brainstorming session with the owner (Hedi), we decided to go with a 3 rounds delivery so that the pizzas would always be warm and we could make adjustments on the fly. I would say that this was a great idea because we quickly realized that the amount of pizzas we planned initially would not be enough and we doubled the amount of pizzas for the 3rd batch after the 2nd delivery. The communication with Hedi and all the Pronto Volante staff was perfect, before, during and after the event. At no point I felt worried about the food in terms of quality and timing. Would absolutely recommend for any small or bigger events without hesitation!

As a celiac, this is hands down the best gluten free pizza I have eaten since my diagnosis 😭😭😭 thank you for making me feel normal again! And the pizza actually has the texture of a real Napoletan pizza! It was soooo delicious. ❤️

We loved everything we ordered! The fried salbei was my personal favourite. And it’s great that, although it’s a small place, they have a large menu! The lady working here was so friendly and welcoming!

We have been having pizza at pronto volante every Sunday since a year. The pizzas are delicious, the best in Vienna after trying many places! However, the staff is changing quite often, and sometimes it's a bit problematic because pizzas are very delayed, like tonight we had to wait 30 more minutes than the time agreed for our pizza. The organization could be improved in my opinion. There are a few inconsistencies. If you take a customer card, you are entitled only for free margarita and marinara pizza after 100€, while when ordering online, you can take basically any pizza for free. You can only use your customer points through the website on a Laptop and not via the website on the phone, which is very inconvenient. We had to come back home and order through our laptop in order to use our gift points. Overall, I really recommend this place for the taste of the pizza, but there are a few improvement for organization, and maybe onboarding of new waiters/waitresses.
