Rosewood Vienna

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rosewood Vienna! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. The restaurant staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and their kindness truly made my mornings special. And let’s talk about the French toast—it was simply the best I’ve ever had! My room was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a breathtaking view of the city. Waking up to such an exotic and picturesque scene was an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, when I visit Vienna again, Rosewood Vienna will be my first choice! I can’t wait to return.

Hotel location is perfect, I loved the staff. Everyone are so friendly. Only problem is the gym its super small and dark. We had problem with AC and a very nice and kind middle eastern person at night helped to fix the problem. In overall, an amazing hotel with great and kind staff and very nice looking rooms. You can see it's a new hotel! Thank you !

We held our Christmas party at the Rosewood, which is conveniently located in the heart of the inner city and boasts a lovely view. The location itself is quite attractive. However, the service did not meet the standards I would expect from such a high-class establishment; for instance, leftover butter remained on the table when dessert was served, and unused cutlery was left on the table well into the evening. The food was mediocre at best, particularly for vegetarians. It was not just the dishes themselves, but also the presentation and lack of flavor that were disappointing. I am unsure of the cost, but I can confidently say that I would not be willing to pay that much for this experience.

The hotel’s location and our room were both very good, and the hotel staff was polite. However, the hotel appeared overwhelmed and thus was unable to fulfill its basic functions. For example, at dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, only 2 courses (out of a 5-course menu) were served within the first 3 hours of us being seated. This would be a wonderful hotel, but first, the guest experience requires improvement.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is and feels brand new with great amenities. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure I had a memorable birthday. Hannah, Leonarda and Gregory were great and super helpful. Helped us with everything we needed. The location is the best in comparison to other hotels, we walked to most monuments.
