Schönbrunner Bad

Sorry but I absolutely love this public bath. Yes I know the prices, but the place is so in shape the pools are very clean, the lawn is perfect, there is a volleyball court, restaurant, enough lockers even on a very busy day, and all the sanitary areas are well kept. It’s a little annoying to reach you to walk through the whole schönbunner park to get there, but it’s definitely worth it.

I like that the grass was very well maintained. There is a lot of seating space just in front of the swimming pool. The 50m swimming pool is a good size. So even with a lot of people, you can still swim a bit. As the pool is in the park, you can only access it on foot. I came with a bike and it was a pain. Also, extremely crowded,on the pictures the pool area looks much bigger than it actually is. Strangely, I didn't see any changing rooms. There is one shallow pool but nothing special for kids.

What a great place, well run, clean and no bad behaviour tolerated. Excellent cafe food, lovely welcoming service every time and great Bier!! Pools very large lots of space. Sun loungers available too as part of entry fee.

Beautiful place but insanely crowded and unreasonably expensive. 17€ ticket.

Lovely pool for a day out. Well maintained with a well sized kid area. My one frustration which lost it a star was that entry was definitely not cheap and then they made you pay extra for warm water in the shower.
