This family-run spot is a real find! The food is fantastic and authentic. The ambiance is cozy. We even got to enjoy some fado singing, which was a lovely surprise. The service was top-notch too!

After a search for a nice cosy southern European restaurant, we ended up by accident to this great place. The owner and the staff were very welcoming and it felt right at home from the minute we walked in. The menu offered a great variety of fish and meat dishes. Not you obvious dishes and all made with love. An excellent wine menu gave us the perfect experience. Will definitely recommend!

An absolute hidden gem in Vienna! From the moment we arrived (after the rain), the warm hospitality of the owner made us feel truly welcome. The service was flawless — attentive without ever being intrusive, and full of genuine care. The Portuguese dishes were outstanding, bursting with authentic flavors, and perfectly complemented by a carefully chosen selection of Portuguese wines. What truly made the evening unforgettable was the romantic atmosphere. The cozy, intimate setting created the perfect backdrop for a special night. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the owner himself treated us to live music at the end of the evening — a magical, personal touch that made the experience extraordinary. If you are looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine, world-class hospitality, and a romantic experience you will never forget, this is the place in Vienna. Highly recommended!

Great food and very warm & welcoming atmosphere! So glad we have discovered this place and we will surely be back:) The only thing to take into account is that it might take some time till your food is ready, so do not count on quick dinning.

We had a fantastic evening at Senhor Vinho. The grilled lula and sardines were the on point + the vegetarian option was equally delicious. The service was superb and personal! Thanks for a great night
