A well-designed shopping center that brings together many renowned brands. It offers great advantages during discount seasons. I would particularly like to highlight MS. ELİF on the third floor—she was extremely helpful not only in her own section but also assisted us with our shopping on other floors. Her support and attentiveness were truly appreciated. You can purchase many luxury brands at affordable prices. Additionally, the restaurant on the terrace is an excellent spot to unwind after a long shopping experience.

A beautiful store with elegant brands. A mozart shop and topped on the 7th floor with sky view restaurant that gives an areal view of vienna. A must visit place. It's super clean with elevators and escalators.

In the second floor women section I had interaction with a racist employee. I bought 3 shirts and 2 of the shirts had the security tags on them. The employee purposely kept it on and she was acting very strange during the time of the transaction !!!!!! Train your employees properly and we are in 2025 not in the 1800s for your store to be like this.

Extremely disappointing experience at Steffl Vienna (BOSS store, 3rd floor). On July 14, 2025, I purchased a pair of shorts, a sweatshirt, and a T-shirt. One pair of shorts and one T-shirt didn’t fit, so I handed them back to the salesperson and asked him to leave them aside. However, he still included them in the purchase. As a result, instead of three items, my bag contained two pairs of shorts (one in a smaller size) and two T-shirts (one in a smaller size) — of the same style. Naturally, I was charged for all these items. A few days later, I returned to request a refund for the incorrectly included items, but the staff refused. This felt like either shocking unprofessionalism or a deliberate attempt to deceive the customer. I’ve been a loyal BOSS customer for over 15 years, shopping in many countries across Europe, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such treatment. It’s especially disappointing to experience this in Vienna, a city I’ve always regarded as highly civilized. I cannot recommend this store and will escalate this complaint to HUGO BOSS headquarters.
