Visited here for the tour as part of the Vienna pass. We arrived 11:15am for the 11:30am tour only to find out it was a miss print in the booklet and should be 10:30am! The staff were great and honoured the 20 min tour in the basement level. The guide was friendly and the tour was informative; there was a small welcome gift at the end.

Probably its flagship store. 3 floors with lots of different merchandise. Nicely decorated.
