The Leo Grand Vienna

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel and once again they proved why we keep coming back. There was a small misunderstanding regarding our room at the beginning, but the way the team handled the situation truly impressed us. The General Manager, Mr. Dominik Walli, personally came to meet us and apologize. He is exceptionally professional, intelligent, attentive, and genuinely caring — the kind of leader who sets the tone for the entire team. His presence and personal attention made a significant difference and immediately reassured us that we were in good hands. The location is fantastic — perfectly situated and very convenient. The hotel itself is always warm, spotless, and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They offer truly unique rooms, an excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. The attention to detail and the way guests are treated make all the difference. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both valued and genuinely cared for every single time. It is clear that all of this is a reflection of the professionalism and leadership of Mr. Dominic Vali. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident throughout the entire hotel experience. We are regular guests and will continue returning again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a memorable stay.

What a beautiful hotel. As soon as you walk through the door you feel relaxed. Was offered a glass of wine at check in and then a welcome bottle of wine with a lovely hand written note was in our room. The breakfast was lovely and the dining area is stunning! I would love to go back when it’s warm and sitting there with the roof open. The staff are so lively and really helpful, a credit to the hotel. This hotel is a must stay from every aspect and we will most definitely return! ❤️

The location is simply incredible. Everything feels perfectly placed, and from the very first moment you arrive, there’s a sense of calm and beauty. The attention to detail in the design is remarkable - every corner feels thoughtfully curated, refined, and intentional. The level of luxury and comfort is truly exceptional. Even the scent of the hotel is beautiful - it sounds like a small detail, but it adds so much to the overall experience. Breakfast was outstanding. As someone with celiac disease, good gluten-free options mean a lot to me - and their gluten-free bread was genuinely excellent, which is rare and deeply appreciated. More than anything, this hotel gives you a feeling of comfort and the beauty of living well. The staff were warm, kind, and approachable - professional, yet genuinely welcoming. A truly special place.

Beautiful historical building with extremely charming interior in the heart of Vienna. Everybody was very polite and helpful, we felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious, towels and bedding very soft, bed very comfortable. Complimentary wine and tasty cakes were nice surprise. Upon check out we were given small bottles of water “for the road”, very much appreciated. Will surely come back.

My daughter and I had the most magical stay! We felt like princesses. The hotel design is offbeat and beautifully done. Every detail is bothe interesting and gorgeous. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was wonderful!!!! As well as the complimentary snacks they provide. The reception staff and especially the concierge were exceptional. We hated to leave. Will definitely return!
