Zum Bretschneider is a famous one restaurant in twelve district Vienna city, nearly to U4 Station "Meidling" just a few walk. The place very nice to sit inside and outside, food was delicious 😋all of staff fantastic friendly 🥰 I'm sure, we'll come again 📍

I said I'd be back...this time with my family. My impression from the first time didn't deceive me! It was incredibly refined, friendly, and absolutely delicious again...simply fantastic! Our waiter today was extremely attentive, friendly, and funny...we exchanged jokes. He's a real charmer. The food was absolutely amazing! We were all thrilled, especially because the food arrived at precisely the same time. Sadly, that's not always a given these days. My beef tartare was top-notch, easily among my all-time favorites—and I've had quite a few—unfussy, not over-seasoned...just the way I like it! The Viennese fried beef was divine...traditional Viennese cuisine comes alive here! It was a wonderful evening! We were all completely delighted...until next time!!! I'm already looking forward to it!

An absolute must-visit when in Vienna. I'd added this place to my list months in advance... and our attempt to drop in at 7:50 pm on Friday evening failed! Luckily, we managed to snag a table for Saturday evening. This wonderfully authentic restaurant with its friendly and attentive staff is truly impressive! Delicious food, beautifully arranged, good wines, and the Zwickel beer! They responded superbly to a minor point of criticism! Thank you! We wish you a Merry Christmas and a successful 2026. We know where we'll be eating in Vienna in the future. 👌🏻

We had a fun evening! The food was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly. I had the venison with potato gratin – a large portion and absolutely delicious! Our favorite: Susi Sorgenlos, the perfect dessert for any chocolate lover. We'll definitely be back!

A quaint Viennese inn, very traditionally furnished, with very friendly staff and excellent food. Only three stars because of the very limited menu, so I opted for a veal schnitzel for €21 plus cucumber salad for €4.50. The schnitzel was excellent, but with a drink and salad as a side dish, over €30 is quite steep...
