Balcony Bar Prague

A great find! Very friendly staff, and we stopped by for cocktails with a stunning view over Prague. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the drinks were excellent. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. The staff was so rude especially the lady with the blond hair. We asked her for a table outside and she said go set. Then she never came to give us the menu or take our order!! She was serving her friends and laughing loudly and not even coming to our table. Then a guy came and helped us. The wine was very weak and we are pretty sure it is mixed with water. If you are a tourist PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. Prague is full of beautiful bars with great friendly and kind staff but this bar is definitely the worst experience we have ever had and we traveled all around the world. We felt uncomfortable and unwanted. We went to pay the bill she asked us for cash but we paid with card. She never say thank you or good evening or anything related to hospitality. Also the place is tiny and smells like onion. So not worth it.

One of the worst bars ever. The staff were very rude, especially the lady. She was not welcoming at all, and it looked like she didn’t want foreign customers to enter the place. Zero service and we kept waiting outside for her to come give us the menu or talk to us, but she kept ignoring us and chatting with her friends and other customers instead of coming to our table. The wine was horrible and I think the bottle had been opened a long time ago because it had no taste at all and i think it was mixed with water . Absolutely not coming back to this bar again and I dont recommend this bar to foreigners costumers. Ps : for the staff if you don't like to serve customers then find another job.

Great cocktails and an excellent rooftop bar. Was surprisingly not too busy on a Saturday evening. Heating outside. Also has a cigar menu too. Friendly waiters and fellow people.

Bar staff were very friendly, good views, cocktails were delicious. Theres no lift going to the bar and the stairs are really windy. I would suggest getting hand rails putting in at the top part of the stairs. Prices are reasonable. It was a nice atmosphere as well.
