Please guys, dont go here to change a strap or battery. This is a luxurious butique where you can buy new and second-hand Rolex, Tudor, Cartier, Longines, Tag Heuer etc. If you need original parts, this is the place to go. The second-hand prices are really good!

I came here to change the strap on my watch. For a job that took maximum 5 minutes, they asked me for 500 crowns. I walked 200 meters and changed the strap in another store for 100 crowns. I strongly do NOT recommend this company. UPDATE. It's even funny - "exceptional service" for replacing the strap takes 3-5 minutes. 😂
