I purchased a fabulous piece of furniture here, and the entire buying process went flawlessly, thanks in particular to Jan, the production manager, who was always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I have had excellent experiences with the store repeatedly. It's not just about the professional approach. I needed to buy replacement glass for a light fixture. At a time when one is often forced to buy a whole new product because of one missing part/component, it was more than a pleasant surprise for me that my request could be fulfilled. In addition, I accidentally requested the wrong size glass and again there was no problem with the replacement. The willingness and helpfulness I encountered made it easier for me to solve the "problem" and made my day more pleasant. I would be happy to come again and can fully recommend it.
