Worst costumer experience ever. I bought a really expensive ring 1.450€ in 2014-2015. October 2018 the ring broke down and they "repaired" it. May 2019 at the Munich airport, I lost the ring, I was able to found one half, but not the other one. I reclaimed them to fix the ring for free. It was OBVIOUS that the ring was not well fix before because it broke again at the exactly same place. They offer me several options paying of course and I refuse them. Then they offer me a voucher of 650€ and they will keep the other half of the ring. So if I summarize: 1.I bought the ring---> Costumer -1450€ ANNA +1450. 2.The ring breaks in October 2018 and ANNA "repairs" it. 3.May 2019 the ring breaks again and I loose one part thanks to your "reparation". 4.June 2019, their solution is that they keep more than half of the ring ANNA +800€ (at least) and they can of course resell it +800€ (at least). 5.Costumer -1450 +650 in voucher = Costumer -800€ ANNA +1600€. Do you REALLY think this is a SOLUTION for a costumer? The treatment is just RIDICULOUS and HUMILIATING.
