Guided tour of Munich Opera House was very interesting. Comments by the charming guide were in German but information sheets in English were handed out to non-German speakers. We booked online for the tour and picked up our tickets at the Opera box office in an adjacent building. Well worth the 60-70 mins spent there.
Wonderful. Beautiful. Classic. An impressive opera place. The main room as see in the pictures and videos is just like you’d imagine an opera. When entering the building you will be impressed with the modern architecture of it. Have a look or better yet a visit to their bar and restaurant for a tasty treat.
It's 2020, but I still admire this place. I'd love to there in 2025. La Sylphide by Pierre lacott make me super excited. Also, I really recommend that observation back stage program.
Amazing opera and classy act. Great decorations and very friendly staff. Here is my advice, before you go there, makw sure to book a table at the bar for food or drinks (gold Bar) and your experience will even be better
Why do they even sell tickets for people to be standing up in front of people who have a seat? And why is this information not shared when one buys a ticket?! Thanks to this I had a bad experience here.
