Top location, acceptable prices, quality extraordinary, service better than very good. A wide choice of top brands. Very good selection of Harris Tweed clothing, indeed, most likely the widest range I have seen in Germany.

Pretty shocked by the experience so far. I have returned two items which were received by Breuninger on 27 September. First time I ordered anything with this company. The items were tried once at home, the size did not match so I packed them back directly, and send back in the same condition as they arrived, Its October 22 and I still haven't received a refund to my credit card. I contacted the customer service multiple times and received the responses like "the right department will look into this" or that the refund may be delayed and take up to 7-14 days. Well it has been 25 days and feels like a scam. I am tired of monitoring this and having to write yet another e-mail asking for my money back. Never had such a experience with any online seller. Horrible, unprofessional and definitely NOT recommended.

One of my best clothing shopping places, they normally do great discount deals and I buy my casual shoes from there.
