Was here to make a last size comparison with the Saint Laurent's cassandre bifold but ended up purchasing the viral triomphe wallet. I just like how the smooth calfskin leather feels compared to a grained leather. Just my personal opinion of course. My sales advisor Lulu gave good service. She was patient and accomodating and did not push me at all when I was browsing and helped open and showed the wallet when I video called my husband for a second opinion before deciding. She recommended me some perfumes from the Haute Parfumerie collection.Ended up buying the scent Parade. Definitely smelled divine. Happy with my purchase.

I walked in and all of the employees were on their phones and had zero interest. Came to exchange a brand new unused scratched product I bought exactly a week ago and was told they can ship it to Italy for repair which will cost me 100. Ha. I’ll return it before I do that. Disappointing. Really. Oberpollinger has way better service.

I HOPE hope the store manager will take actions !!!!!I didn't expect such service from such a decent store! Very irresponsible employees! I was passing through Munich and bought glasses and a belt as a gift for my mother! Having given the gift, when I returned to the Emirates, the glasses were not in the box! I wrote to the consultant and asked for a video recording of her putting them in! After 3 days, she replied that she actually forgot to put them in! I asked her to solve this problem! So how is it her fault! And she actually ruined the surprise! To which she replied that you can come for Rimi and pick them up or they can put this amount in the account and I can spend this amount in the Celine store, and specifically in their store! But naturally this was no longer possible! Since I had already flown out of Germany a week ago! And it is not a fact that I will ever return there! Not only did she not even deign to inform me that she forgot to put them in, she also did nothing to send them! I had to look for friends so that they could pick up the glasses and send them to me in Dubai! Because of their negligence I also had to pay for a $150 parcel! consultant name MAKESHEVA. M!

Just had an unpleasant shopping experience at this store thanks to an Asian sales man who started to chase us out 15 minutes before the shop closure, getting nervous about me wanting to try another pair of sunglasses. A poor customer service in such a luxury shop.

Had a wonderful shopping experience here, I had no intention of making any purchases that day and just entered the store to check out my belt size but the SA was very kind and accommodating that I did end up making the purchase. I was really dressed casually as I went in after a whole day of work but customer service was great.
