I had the most wonderful experience during my visit at the Chanel boutique in München. The entire staff created a warm and welcoming environment for both myself and for my puppy Chloé. I had the pleasure of working with Deyana whom assisted me in my search for the perfect bag and a new pair of sunglasses. She spent a great deal of time with me going over different options and enriching me in the history of the house. I am very much looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend that you ask for Deyana!

Mateusz is indeed the SA to look for as per the comments below! He is super friendly, lets you take your time to search for your items and forever suggesting great buys! Bought my wife’s dream bag with him! Just tell the staff at the door you are looking for Mateusz. If he is serving someone else, just say you will wait. Trust me, he is worth the wait 👍🏻

Went to this Chanel boutique yesterday. Overall, the shopping experience was good. The salesperson helped me get the bag I liked. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the very unprofessional and impatient attitude of the Asian female cashier. When I tried to ask about tax refund, she acted as if I should know and gave some wrong information.
