I ordered the « Emily in Paris » coat, that is located under « Winter coats », together with a fleece bodice and a chestie (as per the suggestions in the description of the coat). I live in Luxembourg where the winters are not too cold. The coat (if I can call it lile that), seems very superficialy. The inside is like plastic, not soft or smooth fabric, but let’s say that this issue is solved by the fleece. Then, the coat doesn’t stay close to the body as explained in the description, so in 7 degrees weather, my dog was shaking still with the coat and the fleece. So I contacted the Customer service as I got frustrated. The person was quite rude by saying that I can return it or « vent » the coat. The discussion got agressive and rude… No satisafction from the purchase or the interaction with Customer service. I am really dissaplinted, as I had high hopes on the brand and the products. For me, it seems like is only superficiality around it, but the quality is not at all as special as is expected (the prices are quite high compared with other brands). You can see in the picture that the coat is rather transparent and the fabric not at all smooth or « warmth » as advertised in description. Also, in the picture with the dog, you can see that the coats are both, far from the back area, so when he is walking the coats are moving left-right, allowing the wind and cold enter, so he is constantly shaking. On the size, I got advised by Customer service, so it is not a matter of wrong size. I was suggesting to the Customer service to add some strings, as this can help. But the person started to say that I misread the description as there is no string mentioned. It was a suggestion only. I never said it was an element of the coat. So, in conclusion, the Customer service did all in their power to deviate from the subject and accept that the coat is under the wrong section and even though the description mentions « late winters », the coat is useless in 7 degrees weather. Maybe in Barcelona can be ok.
