My husband surprised me with a lady d-lite bag which i absolutely love❤️ we got to see the bag in the private room which was absolutely lovely! I had a great time at Dior. The service was excellent

Disappointed by my experience here after purchase of a sunglasses. The sunglasses I got was mentioned to me to be a new piece and after I had checked it was taken back to be packed and then sold to me (salesgirl had initially shown me a display set) . When I brought it back home overseas and opened from the packaging, I was disappointed to note that the sunglasses was not a new piece and swapped for the display set instead with scratches and sticker marks that could not be removed. Least I expect is an honest sale from a brand like Dior

Extremely pleased with with the service and variety of items here! Honger and Terry are the ones you absolutely have to ask for when you are here. They do not discriminate even when you do not buy anything (I only bought at my 2nd visit). They are patient and very cheerful SA 👍 They are the reason why I return to this store again! Their supervisor Linyan is also very friendly and professional. Thank you DIOR Munich Maximilianstrasse! ❤️❤️❤️ I will be back!
