Very good service. The shop assistants are very down to earth, friendly and helpful. Not much choice though for mens foot wear. But if they dont have it, they will try and find it for you from other stores.

Shali was so nice to me , explain every small detail and her service make me happy. Store is beautiful but a little bit poor assortment
Fendi employee cancels tax free and I lose 143 euros
Highly disappointing customer service. I would recommend going to a different Fendi outlet than come here. They mistreat their guests. No one is interested in dropping thousands and receiving this poor customer service.
