NYE hostage situation!! They removed my last review so I would like to submit a refresher. They charged us for a NYE party then kept us trapped in a small hallway while higher price tickets enjoyed the ballroom until right before midnight. If I wanted to spend my NYE in a torture chamber I would hire someone to do that to me at home.

I had a ticket and my name was on the guest list. The doorman was xenophobic and still demanded €5 euros from me and my friend for entry. Other white men, and his turkish looking friends were let in free eventhough they were the same with names on the guest list. So racist and discrimination

Got rejected from here a few years ago even after showing my foreign drivers licence and passport, never bothered going back. There are much better places to go to in Munich.

Hey I come from Africa to enjoy Munich and this place oohhh my God. I never thought that racism still exists in this way . You buy a ticket and after they refuse to enter. Just because you black they say you can’t enter I was so surprised but yah I thought music was the universal language.

The bouncers and the waitress misbehaved, even when I spoke German all the time. It is as if, even when you pay, they don't wanna serve you the full drinks to try & save costs. The bouncer, even when you have the 'Armband' (bracelet), discourages you from using a table at the higher section in the surrounding area of the dance floor.
