Frau Bartel is one of those bars that just gets it. The kind of place where the lights move, the art catches your eye, and somehow everything feels effortlessly put together. Their Espresso Martini is unreal-honestly, best in town. No debate. And the street-side setup? Was a little bit quiet when we went (Wednesday evening) but otherwise this place is pretty great. Awesome vibe, reasonably priced drinks which are quite delicious, definitely try their Negroni!
Being told to sit at a table without the "reserved" tag and then later on being told to move away because tha table was reserved anyway is not acceptable. Also, the first round of drinks had to be payed directly, while for the second one we were told we could pay later, feels a bit weird to have 2 different approaches on the same night. Drinks were OK.
That's a great place. The barmen Til and Marc are very professional. With two recommended cocktails; that's it. Definitely recommended. The place and the environment is perfect. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.
