For over 16 years, I’ve collected Frey Wille pieces and loved them. A few days ago, my children used their savings to buy me a birthday bracelet, after confirming with the sales staff that it could be returned if needed(!) The next day, the truth changed: no returns -only an exchange or store credit. The same staff denied ever saying otherwise. Service was far from “premium”: one consultant looked untidy, the other rolled her eyes at our requests . No English offered. In the end, I had to take a different bracelet. The payment terminal didn’t work -in central Munich! We had to find cash. A birthday gift from my children should have been a warm memory. Instead, it’s a reminder of poor service and broken promises. Sadly, this was my first and last purchase in this store.
My journey to FreyWille tarted from Salzburg Austria, since my sizes were not available there, I travelled to Munich.. It was a magnificent experience as the Staff im Munich was so Helpful.. JULIAN made me try most of the items from Van Gough, Mucha and eventually I bought ADELE BLOCH-BAUER collection by Gustav Klimt. A earring ring and a bangle. Big thanks to Julian for his patience and support during the purchase.
There is a good selection of beautiful silk scarves here with many different patterns and sizes. The sales representative was very helpful in making recommendations and showing me how the scarves could be worn (I was purchasing and gift and didn't know much about the product or what I was looking for).
I was there to check some rings, they have very wide selection and the employees help you very patiently, especially Jinyi (one of the employees) is super nice and unbelievable helpful.
