You can request an appointment online which I highly recommend. This way you prevent to wait outside and you can also check beforehand if they have what you want in stock. Eda was our sales rep and she was super kind. Not too pushy and gave honest feedback. I would recommend shopping with her any day. However, the gentleman at the cashier was another story... 🙈 arrogant, frazzled and rather rude! I have purchased a Gucci belt, something I was saving up for and was looking forward to. We are exempt from paying sales tax, so we have a form for the store to fill out. I have checked beforehand if they'd accept it and they said they did. He made it feel like a big ordeal, even made a comment why anyone would pay a belt with that form and could not give change because according to him their customers usually pay by card 🙄 If you feel the need, you can discuss all that behind closed doors but not in front of a paying customer! I was very taken back by that behavior. Honestly, you get better service at a Zara checkout and that says something 😅🙈 if we would not have driven 2 hours to buy it, I would have left it there and the store.
