We were on our honeymoon in Munich and didn't get too much hope to purchase any bags. However, the sales were very friendly and welcoming. One of the SAs even prepared Champaign and espresso for my husband and me. She asked about our trip and preference of bags. I mentioned picotin. And she said we could come back the next day. Can't believe I just got my dream gold picotin!! Thank you so much! It was the highlight of our honeymoon.

Very poor service. There will be under 1 star , I want to give them. What happened the security guy habit and manner are nasty and ugly behave me. Face Look Chinese or Vietnamese women don’t wanna answer when I asked about belt price. Even she answered she don’t eyes contact to customer and talking was answer to different direction. That was not respect to customer and ugly attitude , bad behaviour and unqualified staff. I saw frequently in wet market those behaviours. Thought I can’t buy it from their shop. Shamed on you that you wearing start from head to toe free from your work. I wearing on my body at least 20000€ . Rude, careless service and unpleasant face . But counter is world famous icon brand . Amazing ! Start form now boycott brand .

Worst service ever - the item can’t be bought online but has to be reserved in the Hermès shop at Maximiliansstraße. Without explanation why this should be the case. They only hold the reserved item for 72 hours even if you contact them to tell them you are sick and will pick up the item for sure. Instead you are told to reserve the item again. Once you arrive at the shop to pick up the reserved item there is a long line of costumers waiting outside. You are told to wait in line (which has not been mentioned when on the phone) because it doesn’t matter that you already chose and reserved a specific item. Furthermore the waiting queue seems unnecessary. Or an effort to get attention. Or can’t Hermès afford enough sales staff? Not even Chanel or Balenciaga have a line of costumers waiting. Never again.

My husband found an incredible coat, and Naser went above and beyond to help me find the plates that I wanted. To my delight, he even surprised me with the most thoughtful Christmas gift— something I will always cherish as a beautiful memory of our trip. He also ensured that the tax refund process was handled smoothly, making our entire shopping experience effortless and enjoyable. It is truly an asset for Hermès to have an employee like Naser, whose dedication and impeccable service reflect the brand’s values in the best possible way. Fabulous boutique with exceptional service. I’ve shopped in numerous stores around the world and the service here was top notch, which is really not the norm nowadays in high end boutiques. Khadija was incredibly helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
