This is only reviewing the suits on the 3rd floor. They have a very large selection which is great. The service is very lacking, first off you have to constantly look for someone to help and when asking where certain brands are they just gestured to a generic area. Also when asking for a different size they say no don't think so. Therefore very unfriendly customer service from the team giving advice and not in any way putting the customer first. The lady doing tailoring on the other hand is extremely nice and helpful as well as very accommodating.
Regarding the section of the suits, there is wide range of products. However, the service they are providing in 3rd floor is quite poor. You have to chase people to ask for some information, even if it is not the rush hour time. The only good part of the service is the old lady taking care of shirts and tailoring.
The store itself is clean and seems well-equipped. However, my experience there was not really pleasant. I needed a white shirt, the lady was helpful, she measured my neck and chest, gave me two "test" shirts to see which one fits better. Both shirts fitted well but were patterned, therefore it was hard for me to assess which cut will look better in white. After trying both I went with the bulkier one. The lady opened a white shirt for me. I tried it, it was good but I was curious if the slimmer cut does not look better in white. I went out to ask her if I could try the slimmer one and at that moment she got a meltdown. With dramatic gesticulations and irritated voice told me she is not going to open ALL shirts for me, with an emphasis that I can forget about it. She did it all in front of other customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I thought about leaving the store, so I told her that I can come the next day. She opposed and said that either I am getting this one or none of them. I went back to the fitting room, took it off. After a few seconds she asked if I am buying the shirt. It was late, I needed it for the afternoon next day and I was really scared to annoy her, so I said yes. I don't have much experience with this kind of stores. I suppose the fact that it was 15 minutes to closing might have affected her behavior, but if that was the case, I think she could have explained it other way. Both me and my girlfriend (who witnessed it) agreed that her behavior was unjustified and out of place.
Excellent shopping centre for men. Well-trained and friendly staff, high selection of brands and items. Centrally located in Munich's famous shopping area and with a hidden treasure. It’s their coffee shop
The best place to get a suit in Munich. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. They have a wide variety of suits even if you have a limited budget. Shopping here was a delight that I am looking forward to repeating.
