Juwelier Wempe

My father and I recently visited Wempe in Munich, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We were greeted warmly upon entering and briefly waited at the door before being guided upstairs. Mr. Cheng immediately assisted us, and as a passionate watch enthusiast, I was eager to view the Patek Philippe Cubitus that I knew was on display. Without hesitation, Mr. Cheng brought the piece up for us to see and try on, which was greatly appreciated. When we moved on to the next part of our visit, my dad was interested in purchasing a Rolex GMT-Master II for his 50th anniversary. Mr. Cheng was incredibly informative, clearly explaining the features of the watch and sharing his extensive knowledge of horology. He also explained the waiting times in a polite and professional manner and kindly helped me enroll in the waiting list. I’m now patiently awaiting a callback, and in the meantime, I will be visiting Mr. Cheng again to explore a few other models I’m interested in. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’m looking forward to future visits!

It’s a stunning place, with great watches and beautiful jewellery. I’ve been a long time, very happy customer now. The check and repair service goes beyond what can be expected. But the best about Wempe is, that it’s always such a good experience. I always felt comfortable - no pressure to buy, but a lot of nice and polite service - no matter if I came with an intention to buy or purely out of curiosity! Thank you 😊🙏

I suggest that someone directed by the owner of the company sends someone to this store one day saying that to look at Rolex model - better to be expert of before visiting. What arrogance is this? We encountered an aggressive, condescending and strange attitude. We also asked: Are you having a bad day? If you had stated it on your website or at the door, we would have sent our CV in advance.Those who are going to leave should be prepared to be scolded at any moment.

I went in as I was nearby and wanted to get my iwc checked (not purchased from there it’s vintage) the host at the door and the service centre gentleman were both very welcoming and offered to check my watch and carry out a small service free of charge (was previously serviced at WEMPE Berlin). Then I asked to see some watches including Rolex and this was super smooth tried on a few and put my name down for one no issues. In contrast I was at Bucherer in Munich last month to get my Rolex serviced they said they didn’t have time 😅 definitely staying with WEMPE

Almost 9 months waiting for my watch to be ready (nothing was broken, just a normal service). Watch was ready to pick up twice, and both times something was wrong and nobody spotted it but me when picking it up. Just hoping for a third time lucky 🍀
