Cool place with a big fountain and a historic gate. The floor was a bit unclean, but I was just passing by, so it was okay. Behind the gate is a great street full of nice restaurants and places to visit.

One of the old gates of Munich. It’s a start of a nice pedestrian way. Nice signs on the gate. On sides of the gate there are some words that not sure what they mean. Inside the gate there is a nice sculpture of 3 musicians that based on the words under it, in Deutsch, it came from Marienplatz to here. It also says this pedestrian was sort of planned by a famous architect, Prof Herbert Jensen. I wish: There was a sign with some general information about the gate in English. & More benches to sit next to the gate.

One of the medieval gates of Munich altstadt. A very nice historical landmark. If you are interested in history and architecture tou should definitely see this gate. Also the door is near Karlsplatz which is a popular destination for tourists

an old gate of old munich from the 1700 with the symbol of the bavarian priest on it. it takes you from karlplatz to Frauenkirche st.Micheal church all the way to marienplatz. you pass along many famous shops and restaurants.

Nice place for hang out & shopping. There are many big brands of fashion, beauty, electricity & restaurant here.
