Good museum with temporary exhibitions. The annual pass is very convenient (20€ for the annual pass, while 1 entry is 10€) and can be done on site. Ticket purchase can be done in person and the process was super fast. There is also a nice garden outside. Our exhibition (the Blue Rider) had beautiful paintings but could have been better curated (not as much information as I would have liked)

I had a fantastic experience at the Lenbachhaus in Munich! We visited on a Sunday morning, and it was wonderfully peaceful with just the right amount of visitors, making it easy to enjoy the art without crowds. The exhibition was diverse and engaging, offering a mix of both contemporary and classic works that kept us intrigued throughout. The museum shop was a highlight too, with a great selection of books and posters. Overall, it was a perfect cultural outing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich!

A really nice exposition of Kandinsky and another blue ritters artists. Furthermore l like the building: it’s very nice combination of old and modern architecture. Highly recommend.

Stunning museum/gallery - if you only have time to visit one in Munich, prioritise this. The exhibitions were very eclectic, much like the architecture of the building itself.
