When you search for a store and buy something through the official store of the brand, you probably expect that you are protected and if something is wrong (the goods do not fit, you do not like the color, etc.) then you can return it the next day without any problems. But no!! Not in the case of Loro Piana in Munich. They will offer you certificates for the amount of the goods, but they will not return the money. Well, it would seem, what's the problem, they give a certificate. But I didn't plan to buy anything, so why is it such a problem to return the money? Less than a day has passed since the purchase and all the packaging and labels are in place. I am surprised by this position. This is the level of the bazaar not a premium brand. 1 star is a minimum +1 star because I like the brands style. Bravo for designers and disgrace for service management.
I had an amazing experience at the Loro Piana Store in Munich. Not only did we receive an amazing consultation, but also I found all the items I had on my wish list for a long time. We had an amazing experience at the Boutique mainly thanks to Natalie, who was very attentive and treated us with extra care. She truly made our experience special and whilst not living in Munich, we will make sure to return to the boutique to seek our favorite products.
We came to the store when it was full-you could see the sales assistants trying their best to still pay attention to everyone, despite dealing with another client already. We were offered drinks and the waiting time wasn’t long at all. Everyone was super friendly and we found what we were looking for.
