An excellent store! My experience at the other location in Munich was disappointing due to poor service, but this visit completely redeemed it, thanks to Sonja. She was kind, courteous, and provided fantastic suggestions. The store itself is stunning, situated in Munich’s most upscale shopping district, with excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

The Sales Associate was awesome and really patient but the downer was the Host greeting everyone at the door. I was having some issues with the signal in-store and left a couple of times to take some calls. The Host was pretty passive aggressive and she would announce really loudly, "Welcome back! This is the third time I've seen you today." She insisted that all Asians looked the same and pointed me to an SA that looked nothing like the previous one I spoke to earlier...I clearly said short hair and black spectacles but she waved me away to another Asian SA who had long hair and no spectacles. This isn't the standard I'm expecting from LV. Hope LV will take this into consideration and provide better training against social discrimination.

The interiors is very chic and posh. Definitely Louis Vuitton. This shop is designed for tourists looking for interesting items to take home as gifts or for personal use.

no queue in front, so we can get in suddenly. Men part is underground, items aren’t much as I think and just have only boutique in Munich.. I got a men’s bag as last one which is on model for display but it’s okay cuzz I really fall in love with.. after that I have to pay bill and asked for some drink, staff rejected and telling we aren’t provided… I was surprised normally other boutiques always served and asked me first. wow Munich “Bag’s price abt 1,600€” and not warped as gift!!
