Great store. All type of clothes. Inexpensive, but varied food buffet. Prayer room for Muslims.

Very high end stuff here. Not in my price range nor the majority of people. Does contain some good food. ★★

Huge and fairly expensive department store. Upscale clothing and accessories. Personnel are helpful but polite if you are just browsing. The exterior of the building needs a serious cleaning, but the interior is clean, well planned, and tasteful. Have fun!

We came here to buy earrings and ended up getting several pairs. The ground floor mostly has brand name items (bags and cosmetics). The first floor has men's clothing, the second floor has women's clothing, and on the fourth floor, there's Global Blue where you can get cash refunds, but you still need to get your forms stamped and show your purchases at the airport.

The shop itself is good. There is a variety and everyone will find something there. Although, consultants especially on EG floor at the makeup and YSL are rude, with no proper manners. Talking to their friends and ignoring customers. Since they don’t have a store marked in maps I will write it down here - this same consultant who ignored me and instead talked to her friend put the wrong lipstick in the bag. And it was a present. Another consultant left her Apple SIM card opener in the box with solid perfume. What can I say - mood ruined. And I am talking specifically now about the makeup floor. What makes it worse, is that it was not cheap. I mean, far from cheap. It was expensive. And to get such a “treatment” from consultants to their customers is really something you would not expect. Moreover, I was there not once or twice, consultants are constantly missing. They don’t offer their services instead you yourself have to find them and to ask them to help you. I will note that on the same floor Chanel and Mac consultants have always showed themselves exceptionally well. They save the day.
