Pacha

Our group bought a VIP table for the evening and let's say: it was not cheap. After awhile they asked for more money: service payment (140€), or we have to leave the table and the drinks we had already paid for. Also we made a reservation for 10 persons and later that night they let more people in the vip area and we ended up with a small round table which wasn't enough for 10. Wouldn't go again.

Went to Pacha Munich yesterday for the Halloween party. Everything’s fine until at 12:10am we wanna leave and went to pick up my clothes from the storage. It’s the start of the nightmare! We waited in the line for 30min and the line didn’t move at all, because so many people are jumping in the line and no security was stopping them! Also, so many people were pushing in the line because waiting for so long, which made me feel panic and wanted to leave asap. I tried to ask help from one security man near the exit of the deposit but he just gestured he couldn’t help. I also didn’t pick up my clothes successfully since after 1h waiting in the line I have to leave to catch my latest train, instead of wasting time in that chaotic place. After I sent email to Pacha clarified this very unhappy experience, they only sent me one sentence reply about I can come to pick my clothes at today 9pm, without any apology or further explanation of my complaint. Considering me and my boyfriend spent over 80€ in the club and were treated so rudely, I would never come back to here again, nor would I recommend here to anyone!

I got invited to a birthday party last year, we got a VIP access, I got tossed around by the bouncers who didn’t want me there for one reason or another but mostly because am a person of colour. I am of a slim built woman and really minute next to this buffed up man who tossed me around like a man of his statue. On the day it was a black DJ from UK playing and he was good. The atmosphere is fantastic and there’s a lot of drinks offers or a cosy bed later by the hunkiest, if you know what I mean… but the bouncers are horrendous jerks!

Idk why it has only 2.9 rating on google maps … I enjoyed a lot, love vibe music and the people there. The staff are very kind and smily. Definitely a must in Munich and don’t trust google maps with the 2.9

We already bought the tickets online, but the bouncers still didn’t let us in probably because we were an all-boys group. The security at the gate said we could get a refund, but the Pacha management hasn’t responded to any emails or processed the refund. If this is how they do business denying entry and keeping people’s money then it’s honestly one of the shittiest club out there.
