Shopping at Prada in Munich was a memorable and luxurious experience. I came in with the goal of finding a purse for my wife, and the boutique did not disappoint. The store had exactly the style she was hoping for, and the quality of the selection was outstanding, as you’d expect from Prada. What really made the visit special, however, was the level of service. The salesperson assisting us was extremely nice—professional, welcoming, and patient while making sure we had all the time we needed to decide. Once we made the purchase, we were offered champagne, which added an elegant and celebratory touch to the whole moment. It made the experience feel personal and elevated, something far beyond just buying a bag. Overall, Prada in Munich delivered on both product and service, and I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a special luxury shopping experience.
Excellent customer service! This is what perfect shopping experience really means. Staff is great and made sure you enjoy being in Prada store. Definitely stars!
Shopped with Abeer Yassin today and had a phenomenal customer service experience! Abeer was very knowledgeable about the different handbags, & tax forms as I am an American shopping at a German store. She made me feel very special buying my first ever Prada bag. Highly recommended!
I am disappointed about my experience in store today by Abeer. She was not only rude, but disrespectful towards me and my husband., she even spoke to her colleague and said that I “was not going to buy anything” and started talking about me and my husband thinking I wasn’t listening. I walked in the store wanting to buy a bag and a pair of shoes and left feeling horrible. How can someone treat another person so badly and behave in a disrespectful manner? How can someone shame a prospect client in their face? I am in disbelief and sadden.
The person who attended us was extremely rude. When we entered the store we told her that we would only look around, and apparently that bothered her, because when we asked her to bring us some shoes to try on (3 minutes after we had entered the store, literally) she told us that we were just watching and that she would no longer help us because she had an appointment at that time. I asked her why she didn't tell us about her appointment since we entered the store (it had only been a few minutes since we had entered) and she only replied that we had to leave. If she thought we weren't going to buy anything and for that reason she was rude, well, how terrible for her. Louis Vuitton as always is a better choice, they were really friendly, helpful and we chose prettier shoes.
