Lovely Bar, the decorations, music and drinks are perfect. The bar is the middle of the city center and the atmosphere as well as the people working there is amazing. They offer often special events with DJs on tour, also the Kaiserschmarren is super delicious.
There were many people in the bar. There was an empty seat by the bartender, so I took off my coat and tried to look at the menu. Then a blonde female server came over and said, 'du darfst nicht sein.' I hadn't even been there for a minute. So, I said I wanted to look at the menu, and she stood behind me, watching if I was going to order or not. When I said I was leaving because of the bad attitude, she gestured for us to follow her, then told us to leave. What's really annoying is that when I looked around while browsing the menu, the nearby women had no drinks. Even the other groups of women standing around didn't have any drinks. I've been to many bars, but I've never encountered such rude service.
Don't know what happened with this place since other people's earlier reviews... We were there on a Thursday night and it was completely empty. We should have followed our initial instincts that this is a bad sign and stayed away. Had a Kaiserschmarrn which resembled more a sponge cake cut into small pieces and had a weird after taste, which I think was due to rum flavor being used for the "rum raisins" rather than actual rum. Cocktails were OK in taste, but on the weak side for the price. Overall a big disappointment and no chance any of us is coming back here.
