I gave these gloves to my wife about 1.5 years ago. When my wife wanted to exchange them, the store manager told her that the leather was very well made. According to the employee (manager), the white spots clearly visible in the photos on both gloves were the result of my wife getting into the white dye while wearing the gloves. As you can see from the photos, it's a mystery to us how someone could dip into the dye with such millimeter precision on such different surfaces with both gloves. According to the employee, the seams are flawless. So, as long as there are no holes, everything's fine. According to the Roeckl employee, the fact that the threads are coming off the pattern doesn't indicate a quality defect, and therefore isn't grounds for complaint. I've attached the photos so everyone can judge for themselves whether the product and service are worth the money Roeckl is charging. Best regards
